Built From the Ground Up
Legacy Exteriors was founded in Colorado over a decade ago with a single crew, a commitment to quality, and a determination to do things differently. In an industry where shortcuts are common and warranties are hollow, we set out to build a company that homeowners and property managers could trust completely.
What began as a Colorado roofing operation has grown into a multi-market exterior services company serving Colorado, Greater Chicago, Austin, and Dallas–Fort Worth. Through every expansion, we've maintained the same hands-on standards that defined our first project.
Today, Legacy Exteriors has completed more than 500 residential and commercial projects. Every one of them was delivered with the same attention to detail, the same quality materials, and the same commitment to leaving the property better than we found it.
